These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Archimedes (the “Service”), including our online community, educational content, virtual coaching programs, and related services.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Description of the Service
Archimedes is a private, paid online community and educational program designed to help professionals grow their presence and effectiveness on LinkedIn.
The Service may include:
Access to private forums hosted on the Circle platform (web and mobile)
Private WhatsApp group chats
Educational content and resources
Live and recorded virtual coaching calls
Community discussions and peer interaction
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The Service is delivered in part through third-party platforms, including Circle and WhatsApp.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
Platform outages or downtime
Platform policy changes
Feature removals or limitations
Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by those platforms
Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
5. Accounts and Access
You must create an account to access the Service using an email address and password through the Circle platform.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
You may not share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account access to any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
6. Payments, Fees, and No Refunds
Pricing
We offer:
A one-time fee for participation in our 12-week program
An optional monthly subscription to continue access as an alumni
All payments are processed via Stripe.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
Failure to use the Service
Dissatisfaction with the content or format
Scheduling conflicts
Removal from the Service due to violations of these Terms
By purchasing access to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
7. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or share within the community (“User Content”).
License to Display
By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and make your content available within the Archimedes community for the purpose of operating the Service.
8. Community Confidentiality
Archimedes is a private, trust-based community.
You agree that:
Community discussions, materials, frameworks, recordings, and shared insights are confidential
You will not reproduce, distribute, publish, or disclose community content outside the Service without prior written permission
This obligation continues even after your access ends
Violation of this section may result in termination without refund.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in conduct that:
Spams or solicits other members
Harasses, abuses, or intimidates others
Involves illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity
Sells, scrapes, or misuses user data
Shares trade secrets or proprietary discussions outside the community
Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to determine whether conduct violates these Terms.
10. Educational Purpose Disclaimer
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Income or financial outcomes
Audience growth or engagement
Career advancement
Business, professional, or personal results
You are solely responsible for how you apply the information provided.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the community or the Company.
Upon termination:
Your access will cease
You will not be entitled to any refund or credit
Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive
12. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Archimedes, including frameworks, templates, videos, written materials, branding, and proprietary methodologies, is owned by the Company or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share Company materials outside the Service without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archimedes and Jade Bonacolta LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
15. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Your rights under these Terms will not be materially affected.
16. Privacy & Data Use
We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the Service, including account access, payments, communications, and community participation.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, and community access is hosted through third-party platforms such as Circle and WhatsApp. We do not store full payment card details.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
By using the Service, you consent to this limited use of your information as described above.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
